The Philadelphia Flyers announced today that they have acquired 6-2, 190-lb forward Rob Bordson and 5-11, 203-lb defenseman Danny Syvret from the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for forwards Patrick Maroon and David Laliberte, according to general manager Paul Holmgren. Bordson and Syvret will both report to the Flyers’ American Hockey League affiliate, the Adirondack Phantoms. Bordson, 22, is in his first year of professional hockey.
