大学教师为吃安全食物建生态农场(图)

开发区的大学老师周女士，为了吃上安全食物，去年10月份真就去农村找了一块地，搞了一个生态农场。没想到 ，原本只为自己吃得安全的举动，竟然也带来了商机。现在周老师一共买了14亩地，种植了三十个品种的蔬菜、 盖了一个养猪厂、养了一群鸡鸭。虽然蔬菜、猪肉的销售价格远远高于市场价，但是短短几个月，周老师的农场却 培养了大批忠实顾客……
　　大学教师办起生态农场
　　7月9日，记者从胶南开车转悠了两个小时，才找到这个名为窝洛子村的地方。一身运动衣、黑色胶皮雨鞋的 周老师早早在地头等着了。30多岁的周老师在开发区一所大学任职，去年她突然有了办一个生态农场的想法，随 后把工作之余的全部时间都放在了这件事情上。
　　前段时间刚下过雨，乡间窄窄的小路坑坑洼洼,powku，布满了条条的沟壑。看着记者小心翼翼地走着，周老师笑着说，“当初农场选这里就是因为路不好走，一切都是 原生态的，很少有车能进来，污染也就少。”
　　在一片地里艰难行走了10分钟后，周老师指着前方高高低低的一片地说，“这些就是我们生态农场了，这里 面有一个蔬菜大棚、一个鸡鸭笼、一个猪圈、一片果园，剩下的都是大片的菜地了,性感内衣。”在这个农场里转了一圈，与记者想象中的充满科技感的生态农场不一样，地与地之间高低落差很大，蔬菜长势 也并不整齐，青草在地边杂乱地生长，十几只鸡鸭被散在河边的空地上，而它们所谓的“家”就被铁笼简单地圈了 一下，而猪圈就用砖头垒起来几个“隔间”。“我想要的就是越自然越好，这才是植物和动物原本生存的状态。” 周老师说。
　　从零开始学习种地
　　要说周老师是个地道的城里人，父母年轻时在单位上班，她从小就是在工人家庭长大，不用说种地了连农村都 很少去。直到几年之前有了女儿，她才意识到食品安全的重要。“看着报纸电视上的报道，我就开始特别注意，知 道的越多也越担心，现在我们入口的东西太可怕了，就拿我们吃的普通瓜果来说，长到成熟期，有5 ～ 6次的人为干预，孩子长期食用很容易造成早熟，所以我就尽量挑安全的食品给她吃，女儿长这么大，吃草莓、葡 萄的次数都能数过来。”
　　“这么累干嘛，干脆去农村找块地想吃什么就种什么。”就这样性格爽快的周老师，在去年10月份开始当起 农民，到现在一共买了14亩地，投资二三十万。周老师说，还记得去年开车刚开到这个地方，很多村民都跟在后 面看，对于她的举动大家很难理解。所以很长一段时间村里的话题都是自己。但是周老师自己却很起劲儿，从买了 地就开始“披挂上阵”，她还雇了五六位村民帮她打理地，不懂的地方就跟村民请教，现在自己也成了一个专家。 周老师说，这里的人很实在，说是14亩，但是是以农业用地面积划的，实地划出的得有20亩。
　　为保证无污染挖地6米
　　为了保证种出来的蔬菜尽量无污染,新款流行女装，周老师还找来了挖掘机，把之前的地挖下去6米左右，这样种菜的生土，几乎是没有污染的。
　　在猪圈的旁边，周老师指着一个大池子说，“这两套8立方的沼气池，用来处理猪和鸡鸭的排泄 物 ，沼肥料是最好的杀虫剂和肥料，这些“宝贝”就成了我们种蔬菜的肥料，蔬菜也都是不打药的，虫子能抓就抓， 不能抓就只能任由它吃菜，长势实在不理想的，就可以作为猪食物配餐的一部分。”
　　我们农场的鸡、鸭都是散养，白天就把它们放出去，可以吃吃虫子之类，在河里游游泳，笼子的门我们也是开 着的，晚上太阳落山它们自己就回来。
　　农场已经有了忠实粉丝
　　现在农场里，蔬菜有西红柿、黄瓜、青椒、菠菜、芦笋、秋葵、莴苣等二十多种。记得刚开始只是种了一些莴 苣，结果很多朋友、学校的老师都抢着要买我的，而且出的价格还很高，后来干脆我的农场就越办越大。周老师说 ，现在她的农场里有一批忠实顾客，基本上应季的菜一出就被抢走了。
　　“菜花一块多钱，我们卖六块钱一斤，但还是供不应求。”她自己都坦言，因为无公害种植的难度大，产量也 要比打药施肥的少一半左右，所以价格也比普通蔬菜高很多，但是现在的人都讲究饮食健康，根本不在乎多那几块 钱。
　　还有不少顾客，星期天开着车带着家人帮我打理菜，现在很多人都想回归田园生活，说起以后发展的目标，周 老师信心满满，“下一步我还要做有机粮食、有机猪肉。”
