  南瓜汤
  很多人吃减肥餐都无法持续,因为天天吃生菜会腻,更何况现在天气已经变冷了,会想喝热汤,试试这道味道 很棒有可全家一起吃的炖汤。
  材料:南瓜(小)1个、红萝卜2条、洋葱(大)1个、地瓜(大)1个、蒜末2茶匙、青蒜1 根、滨豆1/2杯
  调料:时萝2茶匙、辣椒粉1茶匙、红椒粉3茶匙、盐、胡椒
  做法
  1 滨豆泡水1小时以上,南瓜(去子去皮)和红萝卜削皮后和洋葱,地瓜都切大丁。
  2 备一大汤锅煮滚8-10杯水再把所有材料放入(青蒜最后放)煮到滨豆软透。
  3 加入调料拌匀熄火。
  贴心叮咛:南瓜和地瓜用来煮汤会让汤鲜甜浓郁,滨豆铁质很高又高纤,这道汤减重的人要多利用。用高汤煮 会更好味,但用于减肥的话就用水代替、蒜末用奶油炒过更香也省略。

  韩国泡菜豆腐锅
  材料:韩国泡菜1/2杯、木耳1茶匙、金针菇1把、豆腐一小块、鸡蛋1个、腌泡菜汤1/3杯、粉丝1把、葱丝些许、青江菜2根、鱼豆腐2块、炸腐皮3片
  做法
  1 木耳泡软洗净撕成小块,金针菇切掉根,粉丝泡软,炸腐皮开水烫过。
  2 小沙锅加半锅高汤或水,ad收腹运动机,放入泡菜和腌泡菜汤汁煮滚。
  3 豆腐切大块放入一起滚个5分钟。
  4 把剩余材料全部排上再打一个蛋在中间盖上盖子,煮滚熄火洒上葱丝。
  贴心叮咛:鱼豆腐、腐皮可有可无,光波炉,自行变化,也可再最后烫一些火锅肉片,很有饱足感热量又低,微电脑光波炉
