4个3分钟运动,是医学理论指导下的一种有效的健身锻炼方法。

腹式呼吸3分钟。仰卧,解开腰带,放松全身,然后吸足一口气,有意识地使肚子鼓足,憋一会儿再慢慢呼出去。 腹式呼吸是对全身重要内脏器官的运动,由于膈肌上下运动幅度增大,肺部扩大,心脏及大动脉等胸腔内的器官活 动增加,腹内脏器以及血管神经得到缓和而有节奏的运动,有助于消食化痰。入睡前运动还可以帮助 入眠。
