  这套动作同样适合久坐的办公室白领练习,只需要几分钟,就可以给你一个舒展、轻松的体态。
  绕颈
  头向右转,盟特,同时吸气;再将头向前低下,下巴尽量靠近胸部,同时呼气;然后头向左转,同时吸气。向左向右 各重复5次。
  展肩
  背部挺直,双手环抱住肘关节,然后将双臂抬起放在脑后,低头,眼睛向下看,同时深呼吸5次,再恢复到原 来的姿势。重复做5次,盟特新奇特价格
  挺胸
  双臂向后伸,双手抓住坐椅椅背,水宜生厂家,尽量向前顶胸,脸向上仰呈45°角。重复做5次。
  转腰

  双手放在方向盘上,掌心向下。轻轻下压,以拉抻小臂以及手腕。然后掌心向上,再次轻压。重 复做5次。
