1 、舒展 两脚平分站立,光波炉菜谱,双手向上伸,然后慢慢弯腰,直至掌心平放到地面,光波炉价格
2 、弓箭步 双手保持在地上,一条腿向后伸,成弓箭步;随后手肤臀部,使躯干挺直,做5次压下、起来的弓步动作(不换腿 ——用另一条腿再做5次同样动作)。
3 、俯卧撑 弓箭步之后,盟特新奇特价格,前腿向后伸出,改俯卧撑姿势,做5个俯卧撑。
4 、臀、肩姿势 做完俯卧撑以后,臀部放松,直至腹部几乎接触地面,向前挺胸,双手撑地,两臂伸直,保持一分钟 。
5 、腿提起、放下 现在把屁股撅向天花板,双臂保持平直,光波炉的危害应注意几点,从地上提起脚眼,然后再放下。(你会感到小腿肌肉在颤动)将这提起、放下的动作连做20次。最后手、脚一 齐移动。轻轻抬起成站立姿势,并立即恢复到第一节初始姿态,开始重做本套动作。
