　　今年4月25日晚，郭某又喝了很多酒。4月26日凌晨1时30分，郭某不仅不让自己和儿子睡觉，还让母 子二人跪在地上。在袁某百般央求下，他才让儿子上床睡觉。随后，袁某拿了一根棉线绳准备捆衣服恰好被郭某看 见，被他狠狠摔在地上，之后郭某上床睡觉。袁某说，自己忍受郭某打骂十几年，当时产生了教训一下郭某的想法 ，于是手持棉线绳缠住郭某的脖子，用膝盖顶住郭某背部。郭某一开始有轻微反抗，但七八分钟后渐渐没有了呼吸 。慌张的袁某来到威海路派出所投案自首。

　　郭某的母亲李某表示，儿子酒后连她也打。李某原本住在热河路，搬家后连地址也没敢告诉郭某。2003年 ，她在洮南路买了一套二手房，让袁某和孙子居住，儿子郭某后来也知道了，也搬了进来。今年4月25日晚7点 ，袁某下班回家后，儿子郭某让袁某领着孩子出去吃饭。三人晚上12时左右回来了，儿子拿着散啤，看起来已经 喝醉了，但是回来后仍然继续喝酒，还让孙子和袁某跪下。袁某才拿捆衣服的绳子将郭某勒死。
