Discuss amongst yourselves. <And now for the background on this question for those who are interested … I love brownies … a lot. Even more so, I love undercooked brownies, and yes, I love the batter, too. One day - about a year ago, my friend Jennifer was over at my house, and we baked undercooked brownies. When Josh came home, he saw what we made and started giving me a hard time for not cooking the brownies all the way through because, as he claimed, I was ingesting more calories by eating brownies that were not thoroughly cooked. I disagreed, and the Great Ledgard Brownie Debate was born. Since then, the calorie count of uncooked brownie batter, undercooked brownies, and fully cooked brownies has been debated at many a dinner party. I’ve heard some great arguments for both sides,
