古时的私塾先生常用打手板的方式来教导学生,学生因此也会特别警醒,同样与刺激了手心的劳宫穴有关。而这种 方法,其实也可以适当用到生活中。
人手心的劳宫穴为心经的主穴,由于此穴位与心脑经络相连,故而人们在按摩此穴位时,能够起到清心醒脑的作用 。当你用脑时间过长,感到疲劳,可以试试以下的小方法,以及时醒脑、缓解疲劳。
觉得精神和大脑疲惫时,用一根小木条或尺子反复敲打双手手心,以刺激劳宫穴,通过经络传导给大脑,让人精神 振奋。
此外,在两手间夹一个核桃或钢球之类的东西,在劳宫穴上旋转按摩,也能很快缓解疲劳症状;没有其他辅助工具 时,还可以用一只手的手指来揉擦另一只手的手心,如此左右手交换进行,每穴各进行10分钟左右,每天2—3 次。
