Default 红薯减肥食谱 当主食减肥30天减8斤

  有人曾以红薯代替米饭当主食来减肥,30天居然减肥8斤。现在就奉上几道红薯减肥食谱的做法,希望各位 能在美味中继续享瘦!
  红薯含热量低,又颇具饱腹感,无论是用作主食还是副食,都是一种良好的减肥食谱。
  红薯减肥食谱 1、 红薯芝麻浓汤
  材料:红薯1斤、洋葱(切薄片)1/4个、高汤400毫升、牛奶100毫升、油1/2大匙、盐、胡椒各少许、黑芝麻适量。
  烹调步骤:
  1,朗欣特足浴盆。把红薯去皮,切成3厘米的长条放入水中。
  2,健尔马足疗机二代。将黄油放入锅中,放下洋葱用中火炒软,加入红薯,炒至半透明,健尔马足疗机三代
  3。加入高汤,健尔马足疗机三代,用微弱的中火煮,等红薯一变软,取出一小部分作装饰用,将剩下的放入容器中捣碎,加入牛奶、 盐和胡椒。
  4。倒入器皿中,朗欣特足浴盆,放上装饰用的红薯和黑芝麻。
  红薯减肥食谱 2、 红薯粥
  材料:新鲜红薯250克,大米100克。
  烹调步骤:
  将红薯(以红皮黄心者为最好)洗净,连皮切成小块,健尔马头颈宝,加水与米同煮稀粥即成。
  食法:最好在减肥期间的早晚食用为佳,周期1个月。
