Default 蘑菇类低热量瘦身食品

洋松口蘑串儿
材 料:洋松口蘑5个,低聚糖与橄榄油少许,酱油1大匙,串儿2个。
制作过程:洋松口蘑洗净,分成均等的两份,健尔马足疗机,用串儿穿好。将酱油与低聚糖混合均匀做成沙司。将穿好的串儿放入涂有橄榄油的锅中,抹上一层沙司,进行煎 制。
DIET POINT~★
如想进一步降低热量,可以用不粘锅代替涂油的锅,并用生烤代替涂抹沙司烤。
中热量 (150kcal以下)
洋松口蘑色拉
材 料:洋松口蘑5个,细葱2段,洋葱1/2个,调味汁、芥末沙司与橄榄油1/2大匙,醋 或柠檬汁1大匙,精盐与胡椒少许。

制作过程:洋松口蘑洗净,去茎,然后将茎与鸡蛋和洋葱全部捣碎,用蛋黄酱、精盐和胡椒面搅拌。将蘑菇头部分 翻过来,把上述准备好的材料填充到去除茎后的凹陷部分,在其上面撒上面包粉与荷兰芹粉,接着以180℃的温 度用烤箱烤7~8分钟左右。
DIET POINT~★
虽然整体上热量会变高,但如果在蘑菇上加一些材料,也可以充当合适的瘦身食品。
