办公室七色瑜伽有利于提神醒脑

工作高度繁忙，每次去健身房都要鼓足勇气，给自己一个不躺在沙发上享受DVD的理由。如果能够一边工作一边 练瑜伽，那简直完美了。
在钢筋水泥的丛林里，用一种随时随地可以健身的方法来舒缓压力，享受轻松、宁静、和谐、舒适，重新找回快乐 积极的工作状态。本次为网友演示办公室七色瑜伽。七色瑜伽根据人体七个重要的轮穴(相当于中医的穴位)，分 别针对体内七个腺体进行锻炼。
A、上班准备，提神醒脑的练习
1、椰树式：站立，两脚距离同肩宽，吸气两手上举，五指尽量张开,光波炉和微波炉的区别，脚跟离地，眼睛看上方，保持5个呼吸时间后呼气放松。
2、交替呼吸法：也称为经络或阴阳呼吸法。简易坐姿，右手食指中指放在额头，拇指压住右鼻孔，用左鼻孔先吸 后呼，然后交换用无名指压住左鼻孔，用右鼻孔先吸后呼，之后再左吸右呼，右吸左呼，以上为一轮，做5轮后放 松。
分析：人体内有无数的精细神经脉，亦称经络，是一种能量运输的通道。这些神经中最重要的有三条：中脉、左脉 、右脉。
这两个动作都是针对根轮进行的训练，能够帮助提神醒脑，振奋精神，增加专注力。还可以放松腿部肌肉，消除水 肿,盟特新奇特，让腿部和脚踝变得纤细，对顺畅排泄有非常好的调理功效。特别需要适合经常站立工作的教师。
B、紧张工作后，舒展手脚的练习
1、莲花手印：瑜伽的简易坐姿(即右脚跟向后抵住会阴，左脚放在前面脚背伸直)，双手成莲花手印，配合吸气 向上举过头顶，保持10个呼吸后，配合呼气手慢慢向下放松。这个练习能够刺激上肢和下肢的反射区，引导身体 达到紧张后的放松。
2、鹰式：坐在椅子上，屈两膝，左脚从前方绕过右腿，左脚尖勾在右小腿后方，两臂也弯曲，左肘在上右肘在下 ，两手臂绕过来掌心相对，保持5个呼吸的时间后左右交换做,光波炉菜谱。
3、后合掌式：坐姿，双手在身后合掌，翻转到指尖向上，吸气抬头，手指尖尽量靠近后脑，保持5个呼吸时间后 呼气放松。
分析：这几个动作能改善心跳过快、过慢、早搏等问题，缓解胸闷不适的感觉;能使练习者的呼吸更通畅有力，保 持精力旺盛。女孩子经常进行心轮练习，还能改善手臂和胸部的线条。3的练习还适合在伏案工作后消除肩颈背部 的紧张和僵硬，帮助肩颈部放松，进而放松身体，平缓情绪。
C、长时间看电脑后，眼睛的放松练习
1、眼睛转动依次看上下左右，再反方向转动，然后瞪大眼睛，看远方，慢慢闭起来休息。
2、闭上眼睛，两手用力搓热，遮住眼睛，同时深呼吸，腹部配合吸气放松，呼气收紧。
3、单脚站立，开始时可以手撑在椅子上，闭上眼睛,光波炉和电磁炉的区别，练习较久之后可以两手离开椅子合掌。保持5个呼吸的时间
分析：这三个动作的训练对眼睛的保健特别有帮助，电视族和电脑族可以多做额轮训练。此外，还能够帮助恢复和 保持身体的平衡力，恢复肌体健康状态;也能改善压抑低落的情绪。
