Bluescreen minidump problems windows seven greatest

Hey guys hows it going?
Im having quite a bit of trouble with my laptop or computer recently and im stumped as to what to do.
basically i had to clean install seven after i had a massive failing to do with explorer.exe (not a problem anymore after reinstall)
anyway

Every time i try and shut down or restart i get a bluescreen error and it shuts down and restarts (shouldnt think its a problem if it ends up doing what its told to do :P)
also whenever i run any game it will often minimize them meaning i have to bring them back up again but sometimes it ruins the sound of said game so it distorts,Microsoft Office 2010 64 Bit, also sometimes it blue screens after a while but not every time
i have also noticed that when my mother plays facebook games,Win 7 Enterprise, you know the ones like treasure isle and stuff it will also blue screen on occasion
oh and it just did it to me now when i was just browsing the web

so umm yeh i cam right here when i saw a thread on this site earlier with similar problems
i believe it was something to do with failing hardware and overheating which might be the case seeing as the computers a good few years old

im running windows seven greatest 32 bit
amd athalon processor 3000+ 1808Mhz 1 core
with 1.25 Gb ram which is strange becuase im sure in only have 768 in there (3x256)
