　　本报讯(记者 杨渝) 在距离学校不到300米的一家小店里，有人将仿真枪摆起卖!昨日，很多中小学校相继开学报到，记者接到市民 举报，称在南岸区上新街上浩小学附近，有人竟然将仿真枪卖给小学生。

　　小店仿真枪生意火爆

　　记者来到这家小店看到，店里摆放着10多种仿真枪，价格从几十元到上百元不等。现场还有不少小学生围在 一起准备购买。

　　老板介绍，仿真枪卖得很好，仅昨天就卖了四五支。记者随即查看了部分仿真枪的使用说明，上面都明确标注 有不得售卖给18岁以下人群。老板则称不清楚仿真枪不能卖给未成年人。

　　向记者推荐：“这种仿真枪无论是外形、重量、子弹还是内部结构，都制作得很精细。而且是电动的，能连发 ，射程能达到二三十米，打到人身上很痛的。”

　　当场有人拿起这把枪对着5米外的一个纸箱进行试验：“啪”！一声枪响，纸箱被应声击穿。

　　“只要具有杀伤力的玩具枪就可界定其为仿真枪。”市公安局相关人士告诉记者，对于仿真枪的界定，指能在 5到7米距离内打穿一张纸，或外形、颜色与制式枪支相同，或具有制式枪支结构的玩具枪，符合3个条件的任何 一项就属于仿真枪，而按照国家明文规定，仿真枪是不允许在市场上进行销售的。

　　该人士表示，对于这家售卖仿真枪的小店，警方将进行调查。
