Sarkozy urges Syria to "show moderation".William Hague calls for end to crackdown.US calls it "completely deplorable." And the UN and NATO are silent. A pack of bullies who beat up a weak Libya and have no guts for a face off with Syria.
People can not believe themselves that they can get their rights easier than they expected because they are protesting and pursuing their essential rights insistingly . Obstacle of police tool and fear has been already passed which put any government in confrontation with their nations . This is not restricted to developing Arab world but including modern countries like US and UK .

Sunnis in Lebanon are already well financed by Saudi Arabia to create a Sunni Muslim state out of what was once Christian Lebanon. Sunnis in Syria are 74% of the total population. Since Syria has always played a significant role in Lebanese politics,Kodak C142 Red, the fall of the Assad regime and its overtake by a Wahabi Saudi-backed Sunni regime would mean that minorities such as Christians would become 10th class citizens. This would lead to the eradication of original Christians from their homeland.

Yes there is a significant difference between Syria and Libya. Syria has nuclear capabilities and of course no other country wants to go against that. The US,Nokia 6650 silver, France, England & NATO are hypocrites. They only want to implement military prowess if their competition is ill equipped to repel their advance. I think it's a ironic how everyone is so quick to bomb Libya when innocent people have been getting killed Syria & Iran for how long now?

The Banner in the picture says.. The women of DARAYYA want an end to the siege," as they protest in DARAYYA. NOT Daraa as stated above.. the two are VERY different areas. Daraa is a city in the South of Syria.. while Darayya is in the outskirts of Damascus.
Any way ,Samsung TL220, we do not like to see more victims in both side. Protesters should valuate the situation probably and do not rush to complicate the situation more . Human Right Watch and UN just denounce loudly when human rights sever their aims whereas when Bradly Manny and innocent restricted Palestinians children need their essential basic rights ,Nikon L22 Black, no one left a finger or say a word to condemn those apparent violations .
HUGE differences between Libya and Syria. Syria has long been known to fund and harbor terrorism. Libya is an oil-rich country that was a big "ally" in recent anti-terrorism support(due to Western donations). The Middle East is at a breaking point... but its Syria/Iran/Hezbollah and Israel at the epicenter. Not what we are seeing on CNN. Israel knows the real concerns over there. TRUST ME

Sounds like Iran is playing things like the US now. The crack down in Syria is very similar in tactic to how the Iranian govt has been doing in major Iranian cities since the late 1990's. They're the best in the world at shutting people up. Dictators that kill their own people will eventually fall. Period!!!!

Syria must accept to demands of the own people.
The situation in Libya & Syria are not the same. I can't see the USA pushing for the same actions/sanctions as we did for Libya, especially with the military already strung out worse than a drug addict! Ghadaffi has needed "to go away" for many years. We can work with Al-Assad a bit. I’d rather deal with who I know,Nokia 5230 Nuron, even if the relationship is not great. I don’t feel the two situations are comparable, all things considered.
It is real challenge to cope with some protesters who are ready to lose their lives in order to fulfill their demands and pursue their rights . I do not think the situation is out of control in Daraa but Syria government has been exerting restraint of itself over all those weeks while tense has been escalated by some protesters because they can not stand regime of President Bashar .
Every citizen should have the right to be ruled peacefully,and be permitted a say in it's domestic affairs,Asus UL50VT,these despots are an affront to the ordinary citizen,and should be turrfed out with all their revolting baggage,they no more represent the populace than the man in the Moon.
Why doesn't the newly liberated government of egypt step in and free the people of syria? Why is it always the job of the USA?
