李彩桦减肥瘦身用的是“苹果早餐减肥法”,早餐吃一个苹果,喝两杯清水,不但可以饱腹,又能提供足够的体力 ,午餐、晚餐尽量清淡但不需要刻意节食,坚持一个月可减掉4~5磅多余的脂肪。李彩桦以苹果减肥时,中间会 吃些草莓,草莓含有丰富的维生素C,但不可代替苹果,因草莓没有饱腹感,味中带酸反而有开胃作用,愈食愈多 。

李彩桦觉得保持身材最重要的还是多运动。腰围和臀部是彩桦最烦恼的部位,健尔马足疗机三代。李彩桦最喜欢的运动是慢跑和游泳。她说,慢跑最简单,又没有什么场地要求,只要自己愿意,随时都可以进行 ,而且,它不仅能消耗脂肪,对增强心肺功能,提升耐力都有好处。游泳也是理想的运动方式,对塑造整体的曲线 非常有用。李彩桦建议:不要给自己偷懒的借口,在不能游泳的时候就快走或骑自行车。
李彩桦说,其实穿上合体的衣服,在视觉上就能瘦一圈。李彩桦平时最喜欢的装扮是有点宽松的上衣配牛仔裤或裙 ,简单、舒服又有个性。她给美眉们的建议是:个子矮的可以穿有点跟的鞋来拉长身材曲线;下半身瘦的要穿上贴 身的裤子来展现秀美的双腿;上半身瘦的穿上无袖背心是一个骨感美女;如果是胖妹,穿深色系、竖条纹的衣服可 以显得身材修长一些,但别穿太紧身的,以免暴露缺点!
