I want to briefly depart from your subject of interviewing to reply towards the complaints and kudos I have received about my last two weblog posts: namely my remarks in regards to the video iPod and the hiring practices of Google. It seems many of you think that the best applicants will take the time to fill out “an elaborate online questionnaire” because they understand that this is the way the world now works - and it’s people like me that are stuck within the past. So, you tell me what you think… but please just don’t use the word “old". I far prefer “retro”. - Jenna
