  三种一学就会的室内健身运动
  下蹲健身:
  双手叉腰、双脚与肩同宽,健尔马足疗三代,两眼平视,屈膝缓缓下蹲、脚跟离地,重心落在脚尖上,同时口中念“哈”,将腹中浊气吐出;起立时吸气,意 守丹田,意想中自己已经把新鲜空气吸入丹田。运动宜缓,周而复始,中老年人可慢一点,亦可取半蹲姿式。每天 可练2至3回,每次30次左右,只要练上一周,即可见效果。
  颤抖健身:
  这种颤抖运动在家中的床上或地板上就可以进行。先喝一杯凉开水,仰卧在床上(或地板上),枕头不必太高 ,双手、双脚自然平放。静止一分钟之后,双手缓缓向上举起,双脚竖起,艾灸棒,四肢与身体形成90度角,健尔马足疗机三代。然后四肢同时轻轻抖动,每次3至5分钟,早晚各一次。这种颤抖运动可促进血液循环,有助于医治头痛、高血 压、心脏病、胃肠疾病以及腰酸背痛等疾病。
