环卫工人徐深海

　　江苏省镇江市环卫工人徐深海，2010年获得“全国劳动模范”称号，然而这样一个全国劳模居然编制问题 都没有解决，还是名临时工。

　　为全体环卫工请命

　　在江苏镇江民间论坛“百姓话题”版上，该版版主、镇江资深网友“江山”发了一则帖子，标题是“我想为徐 深海要个编制！”帖子中提到的徐深海，是镇江市润州区环境卫生管理所清粪队队长，2010年4月获得“全国 劳动模范”称号。帖子中，“江山”发出呼吁：“我想代表网友给我们这个城市的美容师寻求一个正式‘编制’？ ……给人家来个实在的，以褒奖对镇江发展有着实实在在贡献的人，解决他的后顾之忧，让他成为真正的‘镇江人 ’。”

　　这个帖子随即得到了万余名网友的响应。网友“西子”跟帖说：“全国劳模竟然是临时工，我就搞不懂什么级 别劳模才有编制！”镇江的一位知情网友大段跟帖说：“徐深海是润州环卫处的临时工，从河南招工来的。当时招 工来的几十个工人，坚持下来的只有徐深海和他的同事两个人。据了解，这个工种已经几年招不到人了，一个月的 工资才1200，夏天无论多热，冬天无论多冷，他们都要跳进粪池去清理。发起人‘江山’则表示，他为徐深海 呼吁，归根到底是在为全体环卫工‘请命’。”

　　获正式编制难度大

　　今年44岁的徐深海1988年从老家河南新县到了镇江，20多年来一直默默无闻地工作在掏粪、清粪一线 。清粪队共有12名工人，要完成润州区119个公厕、200幢楼房的500个化粪池的清理工作，每天清运量 在20吨以上。20多年来，徐深海带着他的队友，牺牲了无数个休息日，弄脏了无数身衣服。2007年7月2 1日，镇江“徐深海清粪队”正式成立，这个以环卫工个人名字命名的清洁队伍，当时在江苏省还属首 次。

　　对于网友的请命，当地有关部门目前尚未作出回应,淘金盈代理。润州环卫所所长房永告诉记者：徐深海现在收入每月总计是1640元。而如果他有了编制成为“正式工”，每 月收入可在2600元左右，也就是说，每月能多出近1000元。但是房永所长也表示，获得正式编制需要镇江 润州区委编制办同意并核发，“难度非常大”。据中央人民广播电台
