If you don't need the drug (and when I say "need," it should be prescribed by a doctor who treated you) & you don't have erectile dysfunction, then you don't have to take any of the two. Although these 2 are from 2 different categories of PDE5 inhibitors, it can be possible that by taking these 2 together, it's like having 2 doses of each drug at a time. Common side effects of doing so can cause priapism, which is prolonged & painful erection
