　　对民警参与经营娱乐休闲场所问题、乱收滥罚等问题，各地公安机关可根据本地实际，选择其中突出的进行治 理。
　　治安、消防、交通等部门、警种要对民警推销或指定公共安全产品等问题进行治理。要巩固警车和涉案车辆违 规问题治理成果，坚决防止反弹。
　　对民警违法违纪问题“零容忍”
　　《意见》要求各级公安机关纪检监察部门继续保持查办案件的强劲势头,融资，加大查办下级公安机关民警特别是领导干部的违法违纪案件力度，对各类违法违纪问题坚持“零容 忍”。
　　《意见》还要求进一步加强纪检监督部门自身建设，健全省、市两级公安纪检监督部门内设机构，在纪检监督 部门开展“作风建设年”活动。同时，完善纪检监察工作考评机制，实行纪委书记述职报告制度，下级公安机关纪 委书记每年要向上级公安机关纪委述职。
