A few nice Coach Boots images I found: Section Meet Image by drewgeraets I think this is from a section meet in Fairmont, Minn. Our section (2AA) was always loaded with talented runners and I was doing my best to settle into a good pace without losing touch with the lead pack. After a couple of laps, I started to wondered what would happen if I threw in a kick. And not just any kick, but an all-out sprint to take a sizable lead. Figuring I had nothing to lose, I started passing people on the next straight-away. I heard one runner yell to the others, &quot;Let him go. He’s gonna die.&quot; It didn’t matter to me. I was having fun and giving my team a reason to cheer. Still, it’s one of my favorite memories from high school track, and someone took a great photo to boot.
