　　据悉，因韩某最后一次的报销数额较大，引起朱某单位会计的怀疑。该人查实后报警，韩某随即逃回黑龙江老 家，后被警方抓获。



　　朱某是一家银行的退休干部，因年迈体弱常年住院，便于2003年聘请了韩某做保姆。此后,4代苹果监听器，朱某每次住院后，都由韩某代为办理医药费报销,手机窃听软件，并代领报销后的医药款。


　　检方指控，2007年至去年间，通过购买协和、同仁、宣武等医院的假住院发票的方式，韩某共骗取医药费 报销款44万余元。
　　案卷材料显示，2007年一次偶然的机会，得知火车站附近可以购买假发票后，韩某便购买了一张假发票充 入报销单据中。未被识破后，韩某便多次购买假发票骗取报销款。
　　检方认为，韩某诈骗他人钱财且数额较大,QQ密码破解，应以诈骗罪追究其刑事责任。目前，本案正在进一步审理当中。
