　　本报济宁5月11日讯(记者 晋森 通讯员 冷西金) 在曲阜市举行的一场教师招聘考试中，杨某等4人组织考生利用无线电进行作弊，在考试过程中被警方抓获。11 日，记者从曲阜法院获悉，主犯杨某和孔某犯非法获取国家秘密罪，一审分别被判处管制2年，刘某和张某属从犯 ，犯罪情节轻微，不追究刑事责任。

　　法院审理查明，2009年6月25日,mbt online，在曲阜市举办的一场公开招聘教师考试中，杨某和孔某预谋在考试中给参考人员传输试题答案牟利。考前，杨某 通过亲戚介绍，结识了4名参加教师考试的考生，并预收取定金2万元。6月25日早上，杨某将4名参考人员带 至考点对面一饭店包间内，将作弊器材交给4人。孔某则将携带无线电发射装置的刘某和张某，带至同一饭店包间 内。由4名参考人员的其中一名，通过无线电向孔某发送试题，孔某负责找到其他人员答题，并将答案传给参考的 4人。杨某和孔某在考试过程中先后离去。公安机关接到群众举报后，通过仪器锁定刘某等人的位置后，迅速将正 在传输答案的刘某和张某抓获，后又将杨某和孔某抓捕归案。其所用的窃听、窃照装置一套及笔记本电脑一台被当 场查获。经有关部门鉴定,cheap louis vuitton，考试的《公共基础知识试题》在考试结束前为秘密级国家秘密。
