圆明园保安伙同他人盗窃石雕获刑5年
 

　　本报讯 (记者张媛 通讯员陈实)曾为圆明园保安的陈富强监守自盗，伙同他人窃取一块青色雕花石板和一块汉白玉石雕构件后卖出。 近日，陈富强因盗窃罪被一中院判处五年有期徒刑。

　　被告人陈富强是陕西人，1987年出生，原是圆明园公园保安队一名保安。

　　根据指控，2008年12月，陈富强结识了无业人员杨德亮(另案处理)。当时，杨德亮一心想发财，遂预 谋窃取圆明园公园内文物。随后，他向陈富强等多名园方保安员提议共同盗窃，并得到他们的同意。

　　据查明，2008年12月,ghd hot pink，陈富强伙同杨德亮及其他保安人员窃取青色雕花石板1块、汉白玉石雕构件1块。其中，青色雕花石板被圆明园 公园管理处花卉队员工马龙(另案处理)以人民币1500元的价格收购，另一石雕则被以两万元的 价格收购。

　　2010年7月7日，陈富强在西安火车站被控制，两件被盗赃物现已起获并发还。

　　一中院经审理认为，陈富强伙同他人以非法占有为目的，秘密窃取国家财产，数额巨大，其行为已构成盗窃罪 。终审判处陈富强有期徒刑五年，并处罚金人民币一万元。
