the src attribute on the img component specifies the
picture "pages.gif". the usemap attribute

"0" to suppress the blue border around the image.

the map component specifies which regions in the image act as
hypertext links. the name attribute matches usemap
attribute on the img aspect and acts much like the name
attribute about the <a> component. in practice,Office 2010, the map aspect
needs to be in the same file as the img aspect.

the area element is used to define a region on the picture and
to bind it to a web address. the shape attribute specifies
"rect",Office Professional 2007, "circle" or "poly". the coords attribute specifies the coordinates for the region
depending within the shape.
