　　河南商报讯(记者 王红伟 通讯员 崔娟娟 燕丹) 四个晚上，偷盗同一条街八家商户。近日，胆大的窃贼张铭(化名)因犯盗窃罪，被郑州市惠济区人民法院一审判 处有期徒刑1年半，并处罚金5000元。

　　张铭供述，要不是案发，他打算继续在这条街上盗窃，将商户偷个遍。每次盗窃，他或多或少都有收获，失手 的两次，全是因为商铺内装有报警器。

　　8月27日，张铭被抓获。法院认为，张铭以非法占有为目的，多次盗窃他人财物，数额较大，其行为已构成 盗窃罪，一审判处有期徒刑1年半，并处罚金人民币5000元。
